Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,

It is our honor to introduce you to the Late Mr. Santosh Kumar Pal, the founder of the HP Shiksha Niketan. Mr. Pal was a visionary educator who was passionate about providing a high-quality education to students from all walks of life.

With over 20 years of experience in education, Mr. Pal recognized the importance of academic excellence, character development, and social responsibility in preparing students for success in the 21st century. He founded our school in 1988 with the vision of creating an environment that nurtured the whole child, providing opportunities for personal growth, and promoting a sense of social responsibility.

Under Mr. Pal's leadership, our school grew and flourished, becoming known for its innovative programs, outstanding faculty, and commitment to excellence. He was a beloved mentor and leader, who inspired and encouraged his students and staff to reach their full potential.

Sadly, Mr. Pal passed away in [2021], but his legacy lives on through our school and the countless students who have benefited from his vision and leadership. We are proud to carry on his legacy and continue to uphold his commitment to providing an outstanding education for all students.
